Few facts about Cookieroad cookies.
Our cookies are made in small quantities and from scratch.
We pay attention to quality of ingredients. We buy them freshest possible and never use any preservatives. Ingredients are simple and natural. We use flour, butter, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, real vanilla extract. Our icing is crunchy and perfectly sweet. It is tinted with edible paste colors which we also use to hand paint some of our designer cookies.
Cookieroad cookies are simply delicious and will last at least two months if properly stored, just as any other cookies (in a cookie jar, box or in a cookie tin).
Finally, because our cookies are hand-cut, hand-iced and hand-painted, you will never find two identical cookies. They are all slightly different and unique, which make them even more desirable.
We make cookies in sets, we make cookie favors and we also make custom cookies that are hand painted with paint brush and edible colors. Our hand painted cookies are quite expensive, but whole process of painting them is time consuming and require good artistic skills. They are painted by both of us so we control their artistic result.
Of course you might want cookies which would involve custom cookie cutter and design. In such case you simply call us to discuss your needs. Price would depend on difficulty and complexity of the project, but anything is possible.
Custom orders that are canceled under 7 days or less will be given refund of 50%.
How do we make our cookies?
Our cookies are made in small quantities and from scratch. We pay attention to quality of ingredients. They are natural and simple, freshest possible and we never use preservatives.
Ingredients:
Cookies: flour, butter, sugar, pasteurized eggs, milk, salt, baking powder, pure vanilla extract, almond extract.
We use two different types of icing.
1. Icing: confectioners´ sugar, pasteurized egg whites, lemon juice, water, food colors.
2. Icing: confectioners´ sugar, light corn syrup, lemon juice, concentrated flavouring extracts, food colors.
Allergy concern: We make our cookies in kitchens where we also bake some other tasty treats, so they may come in contact with traces of nuts.
